The Best Body Difference

It’s all about you

At Best Body Physio & Pilates, we want to empower you to become the best version of yourself

We want to understand your goals and the type of lifestyle you want to lead so that we can help you build the best body for you. Our 19 studios across WA and TAS offer a safe and comfortable environment where real women can share the journey toward achieving a happy and healthy life.

Everybody is different.

If you’ve ever had physio treatment or taken a Reformer Pilates class before, you’ll definitely notice a big difference when you come to Best Body. Our coaches and instructors take a holistic approach that starts by having a conversation with you. We take the time to get to know you and what’s happening in your life to allow us to identify where you need the most support. Once we know where you’re at and where you want to be, we can put together a plan that’s fit for you.

At Best Body, we appreciate that everybody is different. When you come to one of our Reformer Pilates classes, we want to make sure you get what you need out of the experience. If you have injuries or key areas of focus such as building core strength or improving your flexibility, our instructors will tailor the exercises to your body and your goals. We even have Reformer Pilates classes that are designed for expecting mums who want to maintain fitness during pregnancy.

You come first.

There are many reasons why our founder Scott Wescombe decided to start up Best Body. For one, he wanted to provide women with a better experience during physio treatment. From long wait times to treating multiple people at once, Scott wanted to avoid all of the bad habits practiced by many physio clinics throughout Perth.

Instead of rooms divided by curtains, Best Body has modern and stylish facilities that offer complete privacy during 30-minute, one-on-one physio sessions. While other physios use techniques that relieve pain in the short term, we provide real solutions to help our members feel unstoppable.

It’s all about balance.

Making the time to attend reformer Pilates classes and physio appointments is a great first step toward taking ownership of your health. But at Best Body, we recognise that your physical health only makes up one aspect of your wellbeing. The key to being truly healthy and happy comes from taking care of your mind, body and spirit. It’s about what you Do, what you Feel and what you Think.

There are 9 forces in life that could be working for you or against you. As a member of Best Body, we want to help you find ways to balance all 9 of your life forces.

Modulate Movement

Move away from a sedentary lifestyle. Use Reformer Pilates to build strength and balance your body.

“You have to take care of yourself, your body, your mind and take care of your soul. Be your own keeper,” – Jennifer Lopez.

As a successful woman in her early fifties, Jennifer Lopez has learned the need to prioritise her health and how to lead a balanced lifestyle that works for her. She understands that she has to take care of herself to be able to do the things she needs to do and enjoy the things she loves to do.

While our coaches and instructors are here to support and guide you, you are your own keeper. It’s up to you to lead the way in your own journey. Our team is here to help you see that self-care isn’t selfish; it’s a necessary part of daily life. Once you start taking care of yourself, you can then take care of others and take on the world. We can show you how to prioritise your own self-care so that you can start to live the life that you deserve.

We take care of ourselves and each other.

If we want to be able to take care of our members, then we have to take care of ourselves as well. Each of our coaches and instructors are constantly working toward balancing their life forces. Through weekly group sessions and one-on-one check ins, our team members are able to look at how well they are maintaining their own levels of health and wellness. It’s all about having open conversations with each other and taking appropriate action when we start to feel a shift in any of our 9 forces.

Life changing experiences.

By becoming a member of Best Body, you’ll be able to enjoy all the benefits of our approach to health and happiness. While you are welcome to take classes and treatment sessions on a casual basis, we can provide you with far more value when we have the opportunity to get to know you and your goals.

If you’re interested in joining Best Body, we offer a range of membership tiers to suit different needs and lifestyles.
