All of our Mums & Bubs classes are specifically tailored to enhance your body and overall health as a new Mum. Focus is placed on strengthening your pelvic floor and abdominals while toning your entire body….and the best part, you’re welcome to BRING YOUR BUB!

THE PILATES BODY ASSESSMENT™
Our Pilates Body Consultant will ask you a few questions and do some specific tests to check if Reformer Pilates will be suitable for you or not.
Either way they will give you a recommendation to move forwards with.
The Pilates Body AssessmentTM (valued at $80) will be provided FREE as we believe the best way to start a potential new relationship is to GIVE first and DELIGHT second.

THE FIRST CLASS PREPARATION™
There is nothing like those first class feelings. Just remember everyone started with those same first class feelings.
If you’re super nervous (like the majority of us when we first started) – start with the beginner classes and as you get more comfortable, join our more advanced classes.
All you need to do is turn up 10 minutes early to be checked in by our Instructor, wear comfortable clothing, bring a towel and water bottle, put any belongings in the pigeon holes, and then sit back and relax in our lounge area.
Only socks are allowed to be worn when using our Reformers for hygiene purposes – if you need Pilates grip socks, we have some that can be purchased in our studio.
We have beautiful change rooms and toilet facilities – if you need them 🙂
