We understand how challenging it can be to find the time to exercise when you have a baby and also how beneficial this time is.
Our classes are currently being held at Duncraig, Innaloo, Leederville & North Perth. Mums & Bub classes are ideal for babies aged 6 weeks to walking.
– Post Partum friendly exercises with a focus on strengthening your full body safely
– Exercises to enhance your babies development to prepare them for crawling, standing & walking
– Bonding time for you and your bub
