We’re excited to share some fantastic news that will elevate your Pilates journey with us. At Best Body, we’re committed to constantly improving our members’ experience, and that’s why we’re thrilled to announce a significant update: we’re switching app to provide you with an even better and more seamless Pilates journey.

What’s Changing:

  • Enhanced Booking Process:  Our new app brings you a streamlined booking process, ensuring that reserving your spot in your favorite classes is easier than ever.
  • Seamless Class Tracking: Track your progress effortlessly across all Best Body sites. Your Pilates journey is no longer confined to one location – now, we can seamlessly monitor your milestones.
  • Enhanced Communication: We’re taking member communication to the next level. Stay informed and connected with us like never before.


Will all of my visits / classes attended numbers be carried over?

Yes, everything that was visible on the old app will still be there (in fact the new app will be much better at totalling ALL member visits, and not just by studio)

Will my payment amounts and day remain the same?

Yes, nothing will change.

Will bookings I made in the “old” app be carried over?

Yes, all future bookings will show up, you won’t miss any of your favourite classes.

Is anything else changing, like the website?

No, we have updated our member software to make it easier to use for our team and members, it’s this that has driven the need to update the app, so that it can talk seamlessly with the new system and ensure our members get the best experience possible when booking classes, altering times, suspending their memberships etc..

When does the old app stop working?

Friday evening, around 7pm

When does the new app go live

You’ll get an email on Monday evening letting you know how to login, once you do you’re set up and ready to go.

What can I do if I need help between when the old app stops and the new one starts?

Our member success team on 1-300- 431-299 has you covered, give them a call and they can help you out for all emergency requests (they’d be super appreciative if anything non-urgent can wait though, they’ll be pretty busy as they help our members with the upgrade).


Note: As part of the upgrade, we want to inform you that we are also changing payment processors. Your bank statement may include a different-looking reference for your BB payments, and the payment processing fee for credit card payments may differ by a few cents either way as the new providers have a different charging scale.
