THE MAIN PURPOSE OF BEST BODY

The main purpose of Best Body is to HELP YOU become the best version of you – by getting better core strength, flexibility, tone, and achieve your ideal body weight in a supportive and encouraging environment – and feel good about making yourself a priority.

BEST BODY WAS CREATED AFTER IT BECAME CLEAR TO ME THAT…

  • Too many people suffer from back problems, shoulder issues, knee pain, neck pain and migraines unnecessarily
  • Most people put themselves towards the bottom of their priority list – which leaves them exhausted and lethargic both mentally and physically
  • Too many people are not comfortable in their own skin and feel guilty about spending time doing something good for themselves
  • The high intensity workouts people are performing create a lot of aches and pains, and are too high impact for what their body can handle – they feel good temporarily, but not healthy after the endorphins wear off

Anyway, Best Body is, quite literally, a project. And over the course of a minimum of 12 weeks – you’ll be building a better body and a better you. I will be too!

In fact, I’ll be selecting someone’s journey…and turning it into a successful inspiring case study. To help others earlier on in their journeys know what is possible.

We won’t only be teaching Best Body members how to build a better body.

We’ll be showing them as well.

  • How strengthen muscles to offload and protect your joints to keep you moving smoothly

  • How to move away from back problems, shoulder issues, knee pain, neck pain and migraines
  • How to feel good more often and enjoy it

The final version of the Best Body Trigg memberships will cost $38 for one class, $50 for two classes, or $60 for three classes per week. I know some places charge $65 for small group Pilates and much more for a 1 on 1 session (we charge $80 for  1 on 1 30min session). But founding members can join for $50 per week and do 4 classes per week ($12.50 per class) at our new Trigg studio.

  • We’re opening up for founding members from the 27th of May to get started
  • The first week will be for Founding Members from as we will need feedback and still won’t be 100% ready for an official opening (there’s some minor fit-out works still to happen).
  • Start your membership from the 27th of May
    • Monday: 6am, 7am, 9.30am, 5pm, 6pm
    • Tuesday: 6am, 7am, 9.30am, 6pm, 7pm
    • Wednesday: 6am, 7am, 9.30am, 5pm, 6pm
    • Thursday: 6am, 7am, 9.30am, 6pm, 7pm
    • Friday: 6am, 7am, 9.30am
    • Saturday: 7am, 8am, 9am

IMPORTANT: READ THIS!!

First, you should know that – it’s a minimum 12-week commitment and there will be no exceptions. Period. It takes time and fees to sort out our membership software for each person and we can’t get the time or fees back. And we are committed to helping you get results; this time period helps us do that.

Second, please, please do not join if it’s your last $50 each week. If your funds are severely limited and you only have $50 to your name after expenses each week, then a Best Body membership probably isn’t the best use of your money.
