All you need is a pair of grip socks (we have some available for purchase in the studio), a water bottle, and your best CAN DO attitude! Make sure you've booked in your class to secure your spot. Please note, proof of vaccination is also required.

If you already have an account (booked an appointment or visited BB before) click login enter your email address & click forgot password. A temporary password will be emailed to you. Alternatively, you can create an account if you're brand new to Best Body.
There are 4 tabs on our app. The "Home Page" is where you can Change Studio Location, Leave Feedback & see your Next Booking. "Schedule" is where you can Book Classes and see the Class Timetable. You will find your Booked Classes under "My Bookings" where you can also Cancel Classes. The "More" tab is where you can Buy New PackagesUpdate Billing Information and Change Profile Details (attendance history, billing history & update password).

When you cancel your class booking outside of 12 hours, your class credit is automatically returned. Bookings cancelled inside of 12 hours are classed as a "Late Cancel" and you will lose that class credit (you will be notified if it is a Late Cancel).

Yes, all Best Body Memberships and Class Packs (unless specified otherwise) allow access to any Best Body studio.

We have both Physiotherapists and Exercise Physiologists at many of our studios. Please contact us via support@bestbody.com.au if you would like to book an appointment.

You can claim through Private Health on classes only when taught by a physiotherapist. These classes are titled "Physio Exercise" and are regular Reformer Pilates just taught by a physiotherapist. These are available at select studios, please enquire for more information.

You can suspend your membership for up to 3 months per calendar year. To do so, please email your studio or support@bestbody.com.au, including the dates that you will be away. We ask for 2 weeks written notice for all suspension otherwise a $10 suspension fee may incur. We must suspend your membership in weekly blocks so will do our best to match this with your desired suspension dates. Please ensure to include the desired suspension dates, reason for suspending and any other relevant information. We can usually end the suspension early, or extend it (within 3 months) if your circumstances change.

Simply call, email or visit us in the studio to request a membership change. We ask for a few days notice minimum, to ensure we can upgrade/downgrade your membership before your next payment is due. You will not be able to upgrade or downgrade on the app or website.

In the unfortunate case where you need to terminate your membership, we can do so with 7 days written notice via email. We ask for you to include your reason for terminating and any other relevant information. It's always best to suspend your membership before requesting a termination if you're not 100% sure.
