What Do I Need For My First Class?
All you need is a pair of grip socks (we have some available for purchase in the studio), a water bottle, and your best CAN DO attitude! Make sure you've booked in your class to secure your spot.
How To Book Your Classes
What Happens If I Cancel My Booking?
When you cancel your class booking outside of 12 hours, your class credit is automatically returned. Bookings cancelled inside of 12 hours are classed as a "Late Cancel" and you will lose that class credit (you will be notified if it is a Late Cancel).
Can I Attend Multiple Studios?
Yes, all Best Body Memberships and Class Packs (unless specified otherwise) allow access to any Best Body studio.
Do you have Physiotherapists?
We have both Physiotherapists and Exercise Physiologists at many of our studios. Please contact us via support@bestbody.com.au if you would like to book an appointment.
Can I Claim Through Private Health on classes?
You can claim through Private Health on classes only when taught by a physiotherapist. These classes are titled "Physio Exercise" and are regular Reformer Pilates just taught by a physiotherapist. These are available at select studios, please enquire for more information.
Suspending Your Membership
How Do I Upgrade/Downgrade My Membership?
Simply call, email or visit us in the studio to request a membership change. We ask for a few days notice minimum, to ensure we can upgrade/downgrade your membership before your next payment is due. You will not be able to upgrade or downgrade on the app or website.
How Can I Cancel My Membership?
In the unfortunate case where you need to terminate your membership, we can do so with 7 days written notice via email. We ask for you to include your reason for terminating and any other relevant information. It's always best to suspend your membership before requesting a termination if you're not 100% sure.
