Easy Fruity Coco Bowl Recipe


  • Coconut yoghurt
  • Happy Physio breakfast booster
  • Chia seeds
  • Handful of blueberries
  • Other chopped fruit such as peach, apple, strawberries, orange etc
  • Nuts such as walnuts, pepitas and almonds


  • Place a couple of spoonfuls of yoghurt into a bowl
  • Add chia seeds and Happy Physio breakfast booster
  • Add fruit on top and nuts if desired
