“My Pilates journey started in June 2022 a few months after giving birth to my daughter and I needed to do something to feel myself again. Even after the first few classes I was addicted! Not only do I do Pilates for my body but it helps my mental health so much that 45 minutes is all my time to recharge and come back home feeling a better person and an even better mum! I continued Pilates all through my second pregnancy and have started again now at 6 weeks postpartum, I could not wait to get moving my body again. Best body has changed my life in so many positive ways, I am happier, healthier and stronger !”
