FREE PILATES BODY ASSESSMENT

Before you join Best Body, we want to take the time to get to know you and identify how we can support you. That’s why we recommend that every new member comes in for a free Pilates Body Assessment.

Valued at $80, this 30-minute, one-on-one session gives us the opportunity to have a conversation with you and learn your reasons for coming to us. Once we have a clear picture of what you’re looking to achieve, we’ll run you through a few simple exercises. We want to understand where you’re at currently so that we can put together the right plan for you.

At the end of your assessment, we’ll be able to advise which Best Body membership will be most suited to your needs. If you choose to become a member on the same day, you’ll also be able to join for free. Alternatively, if we don’t believe that Reformer Pilates will be the right solution for you, we’ll let you know what steps to take next.

Book your free Pilates Body Assessment at your local studio today. We have 20 studios across Perth and Devonport, Tasmania to choose from.

HOW TO PREPARE FOR YOUR FIRST CLASS

After your free Pilates Body Assessment, you will get the chance to book in for one-on-one appointments where you can learn how to use the reformer. This well help you build up your confidence and ensure you feel comfortable by the time you start your first class. If you’ve never done any form of Pilates before, it’s probably best to start with our Beginner, Level 1 classes.

On the day of your first class, you’ll need to arrive 10 minutes early to be checked in by your instructor. You’ll need to wear clothes that are easy to move in, such as stretch fit leggings and a loose-fitting top. Make sure you bring a towel, a water bottle and socks as these must be worn while using the reformer for hygiene purposes. We also supply Pilates grip socks at our studios if needed.

If you would feel more comfortable in a private session, we can also arrange one-on-one Reformer Pilates appointments for you.
