Overview of purpose & Scott

Scott Wescombe [BSc Physio (1st Class Hons), BSc Exercise & Sports Science] founded Best Body after losing his Nan and reflecting on the many missed opportunities she had in her life by health and medical professionals. She was treated like a number, a symptom, and never felt understood.

Not one person looked at the opportunities Scott’s Nan had to live a healthier and longer life, nor did they address the root causes and key influencing factors of what she was experiencing.

Best Body was born to help every mother on the planet put selfcare first, so they can live better for longer and make it normal for future generations to put selfcare first.

This will help other families not miss out on spending more meaningful moments together and help them avoid the suffering that can occur.
